Our Founder
Ian Higginson founded Lucky Laced in 2010 with a clear mission: to provide a trusted source for rare sneakers at exceptional prices.
As a lifelong sneaker enthusiast, Ian saw firsthand how the market was flooded with counterfeit and overpriced products. Determined to change that, he created Lucky Laced as a space where authenticity, value, and community come first.
After years of building the brand online and through pop-up shops across New York City, Ian opened the flagship Lucky Laced storefront in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in 2016—establishing a home for sneaker culture and collectors alike.
